My 12V 110AH Cranking battery will not connect to my PowerHouse Lithium app.
- For the time being, the 12V 110AH cranking battery is only compatible with the app named “Battery Monitor BM2”
My charger is showing a green and red light.
- Check PowerHouse Lithium app first, if it is showing 100% charged, this is normal.
- This is indicative of an incomplete circuit if your battery is not showing 100% charge on the app.
- Watch the lights as you grab each side of the anderson connector with one hand.
- Wiggle the anderson connector back and forth as you continue to watch these lights.
- Between your thumb and your index finger, wiggle the cord that is attached directly to the charger module.
- Check your circle eyelet connection at the battery to make sure they are secure.
- If one of these lights goes out during wiggling, you have a loose connection
